Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a candle has been lit or used.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@vannelux.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

All sales on Discovery Kits and sample sizes are final.
